Please note that once you have successfully purchased a program from Gabrielle Moore, you should receive via email:
- An invoice for your purchase.
- A welcome email with instructions on how to access your new course. The email should have the subject line: "Welcome to My Student Portal! (Do This To Access Your Course)".
- Please try to look for the missing email(s) in your Spam, Promotions, or Archived folders.
If you are not able to find it, please visit https://students.gabriellemoore.com/login and click on "forgot password". The system will send you another email.
If you are still unable to access it, please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following:
- The name and email you used for the purchase
- The last 4 digits of your credit card
Our customer support team will reply to your email within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) and will assist you in accessing your programs.
We don't leave any customer email unattended so if you have not received a reply within the next business day, please make sure to look into your Spam or Promotions folders.
