How to reset your password

Hi there!

If you don't remember your current password, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Student Portal's log in page
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" text
3. Enter your email address on the form and click "Send email"
4. Check your emails and you should be receiving one with the subject Reset your password for NEW Students Portal
5. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotion folders.
6. Click on the link provided in that email to reset your password
7. Enter your new password in the form and submit. You should see a success message, and you can now use your new password to log in. 

If you run into any problems, simply send us an email request to [e-mail] including the following:

• Access Request as the subject.
• Include your account's email address

We will be happy to assist you and you can expect a response from us within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays).

We don't leave any customer email unattended so if you have not received a reply within the next business day, please make sure to look into your Spam or Promotions folders.
