First and foremost, please make sure that you have logged in to your account in our Student Portal.
Once logged in, you will find all your purchased programs in the "My Courses" page.
When you click the View Video button or the program's thumbnail, you will be redirected to a page where you can find the program's video, the description of the program, and the link to open the eBook.
If the video is not showing on the page but you can see the "Click to read eBook" button and program description, the most common cause is that you may have downloaded an extension that is blocking our video player. Kindly uninstall or disable any extensions that may be causing this.
Alternatively, you may also try using another browser or device to access your videos.
If this does not resolve your issue, please send us an email at helpme@gabriellemoore.com including:
- The email you used for the purchase
- The name of the video you are unable to view
- A screenshot of what you are experiencing
- A detailed description of what you are experiencing so we can assist you better
We will get back to you within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to help you troubleshoot the problem.
We don't leave any customer email unattended so if you have not received a reply within the next business day, please make sure to look into your Spam or Promotions folders.
